Maryann Skrypek

Maryann Skrypek (nee Stepka) age 83 passed away peacefully Sunday, February 17, 2019. Beloved wife of Walter; loving mother of Michael Skrypek (Robin) and Michele Screptock; devoted grandmother of Amanda Screptock; dear sister of Joseph Stepka Jr. and the late Joan Canfield and Rose Marie Dunning; Loving daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Anna Stepka. Maryann loved Polka, Big Band and Frank Sinatra. She enjoyed traveling especially to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California but her favorite was spending time with her family and friends. Family and friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 4-8 pm. Maryann's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd. Brecksville, OH Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 10 am (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment to follow at Brecksville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Maryann's name to Season of Life Hospice, 9511 W. Pleasant Valley Rd. Parma, Ohio 44130.
